Before You Get Your House…Get Your House In Order
(BYGYH-GYHIO)

Understanding mortgage basics is critical.

As I advise my friends and clients, understanding the mortgage process is just one aspect of a real estate transaction. While I love showing you homes and doing the listing researches, it’ll make no sense to look at million dollar homes if you’re only going to be pre-approved for $500,000 (unless your putting the other half down).

Seriously, looking for a home is just one of the processes when buying a home. So while looking for a home is great,  a real estate professional agent can really help you to prepare yourself for when the moment comes when you find the house you love. In other words, get your house in order before you get your house.

Pre-Qualifed vs. Pre-Approved

Do you know the difference? There are differences between pre-qualification and pre-approval and they make a big difference when you’re walking into a real estate transaction. Recent regulations have added additional burden and complexity to the process. You shouldn’t navigate it alone. Working together, we can get get through everything that needs to be done BEFORE we hit the pavement looking for your new home.

Watch the video and learn the basics, then let’s have a conversation.
