integrating proper business practice (Legal and Accounting) using a
proprietary Information Technology process. As a Sarbanes Oxley Business
Analyst you will review/document/maintain certain audit and accounting
guides, review business and accounting practices, and validate business
practices that have been complied in the clients business applications. You
will prepare reports to upper management, and make compliance and process
recommendations. A outstanding introduction to the discipline of management
consulting. BA in accounting Public
Accounting experience Minimum of 2 years experience. Ability to work
independently. Demonstrate Sarbanes Oxley experience. Certified Pubic
Accountant certification a plus. Computer Science background is also a plus,
but not required. Must have strong analytical skills. Will consider
undergraduates and advanced degree graduates without business experience.
